Tshilidzi Marwala, Rector, United Nations University
Under-Secretary-General, United Nations
Prior to taking up the role of UNU Rector on 1 March 2023, Prof. Tshilidzi Marwala served as Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of Johannesburg (South Africa) from January 2018 through February 2023. He has extensive academic, policy, management, and international experience, and is a co-holder of five patents. His research has been multi-disciplinary, involving the theory and applications of artificial intelligence to engineering, social science, economics, politics, finance, and medicine. He has served on a variety of global and national policymaking bodies, and has worked with United Nations entities such as UNESCO, UNICEF, WHO, and WIPO. Among the awards he has received is the Order of Mapungubwe (South Africa’s highest honour).
Walter Gehr, Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Walter Gehr is a diplomat who began his career in the Austrian Ministry for Foreign Affairs in 1989 after studying law. He was subsequently posted to Dublin, Geneva and Ankara. After the attacks of 11 September 2001, he headed the group of experts of the Counter-Terrorism Committee of the UN Security Council.

Jaimee Stuart, Senior Researcher, UNU Macau
Jaimee is a Cultural and Developmental Psychologist and Senior Researcher at the United Nations University Institute in Macau. Her research focuses on positive development for children, youth and their families. She is particularly interested in understanding developmental processes as they play out in contemporary contexts – those where there is extensive connection and engagement with technology, exposure to diversity, and experiences of global health and climate risks.
Yu-Tao Xiang, Professor, University of Macau
Dr. Xiang obtained Bachelor Degree (1998) and Master Degree (2003) in Capital Medical University, China, and PhD degree (2006) in Chinese University of Hong Kong Department of Psychiatry, and then received Postdoctoral Fellow training in University of Maryland Department of Psychiatry, USA (2010). He received resident psychiatrist training in Beijing Anding Hospital, China. Dr. Xiang Joined Chinese University of Hong Kong Department of Psychiatry in 2008 as Research Assistant Professor, and then joined University of Macau Faculty of Health Sciences in 2014 as Associate Professor. He was early promoted to Professor in 2017.
Claudia Abreu Lopes, Research Fellow, UNU-IIGH
Dr Claudia Abreu Lopes is a Research Fellow at the United Nations University International Institute for Global Health (UNU-IIGH). She has spent 20 years in academia with positions at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Coimbra (Portugal), Institute of Social Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge (POLIS).
Jacky Ho, Director, Macao Observatory for Social Development

Dr Jacky Ho completed his studies in Health Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine and Health from the University of Sydney (Australia), specialized in Gerontology, dementia and sleep science. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Director of Macao Observatory for Social Development at the University of Saint Joseph. He established the Department of Innovative Social Work and the Macau Healthy Lifestyle Research Centre, and was appointed as the Head of the department during his service at the City University of Macau. His current study is focusing on the establishment of community-based telemedicine and chronic diseases management model in Macau and the Greater Bay Area.
Calvin WL Ho, Associate Professor, University of Hong Kong
Calvin WL Ho is an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Law at the University of Hong Kong and Co-Director of the Centre for Medical Ethics and Law of the Li Ka Shing School of Medicine and the Faculty of Law. His research primarily focuses on the governance of health and biomedical technologies, as well as medical law and ethics more broadly. His research also includes the normative aspects of health systems (especially regarding equity, sustainability, and universality). In addition, he has also conducted research on emergent health technologies (with a focus on AI and digital health) and global health.

Rostam Neuwirth, Professor, University of Macau
Rostam Neuwirth is a professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Macau and also serves as Head for Department of Global Legal Studies. He is also Programme Coordinator of Master / Postgraduate of Law in International Business Law (English) and a Member of UM Senate Standing Committees. He gave a TEDx Talk on “Oxymoron – the force of an ‘open secret’” organized by the University of Macau on January 21, 2017.
Sara Migliorini, Assistant Professor, University of Macau
Dr. Sara Migliorini is Assistant Professor of Global Legal Studies at the University of Macau. Sara has also been involved as Senior Expert and National Rapporteur in preparatory work for the European Commission in the field of technology law. Before joining UM, Sara held the position of Research Fellow in Private International Law at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) for 3 years, and other research and teaching positions at the Universities of Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, London (International Programs), Lausanne and Florence. Sara is admitted to practice law in France and has practiced in a Paris-based law firm specialized in international litigation and arbitration.

Célia F. Matias, Assistant Professor, University of Macau
Célia is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Global Legal Studies of the Faculty of Law, University of Macau, where she was previously a UM Macao Fellow. She holds a PhD from the University of Hong Kong (2021), with a thesis titled ‘Rethinking the Limits of Private Justice in the Information Age’ and an LLM on Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law (2015) from the same institution. Her prior experience was focused on private legal practice, in both Portugal and Macau, where she has been living for more than a decade. Her research interests lie in the intersection of law and technology, as well as legal theory and intellectual property.

Muruga Perumal Ramaswamy is an associate professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Macau. He is also a coordinator of Service Teaching Programme. His research interests include Public International Law, Common Law, Maritime Law, Labour Law, Business Laws, International Trade Law and WTO.

Virginia Murray, Head of Global Disaster Risk Reduction, UK Health Security Agency
Virginia Murray is the Head of Global Disaster Risk Reduction at the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA). She was appointed as Consultant in Global Disaster Risk Reduction for Public Health England in April 2014. Her work includes taking forward her role as vice-chair of the UN International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (ISDR) Scientific and Technical Advisory Group and as Chair of the Science & Technology Organising Committee for the UNISDR Science and Technology Conference on the implementation of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 January 27-29 2016.
Jinping Liu, Hydrologist, EACAP/WMO Typhoon Committee Secreatariat (TCS)
Jinping LIU, PhD of hydrology and water resources engineering, professor-level senior engineer, graduated from Hohai University of China. He took the position of deputy chief engineer of Hydrological Bureau of the Ministry of Water Resources of China. Since December 2017, he serves for EACAP/WMO Typhoon Committee Secreatariat (TCS) as hydrologists.
Simon Hodson, Executive Director, CODATA
Simon Hodson has been Executive Director of CODATA (Committee on Data of the International Science Council) since August 2013. He is an expert on data policy issues and research data management. Most recently, he chaired the European Commission’s Expert Group on FAIR Data which produced the report Turning FAIR into Reality.
Burçak Başbuğ Erkan, Associate Professor, Middle East Technical University
Burçak Başbuğ Erkan is currently an Associate Professor of Statistics at the Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey. She received her SFHEA in the UK as of October 2019. She work as the Academic Partnerships Director of the ICPEM (Institute of Emergency Management and Civil Protection), November 2019 to date. She is the lead of the disaster and emergency management working group of the Ankara City Council and the special advisor to the former Turkish PM Prof. Ahmet Davutoglu in all disaster, crisis and emergency management related policies.

Masaru Yarime is an Associate Professor in the Division of Public Policy and the Division of Environment and Sustainability at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He also has an appointment as Visiting Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Tokyo. His research interest centers around science, technology, and innovation policy for energy, environment, and sustainability, particularly exploring data-driven innovation, including artificial intelligence, the internet of things, and smart cities, to address sustainability challenges such as climate change, biodiversity, and the circular economy and implications for public policy and institutional design.

With an academic background in linguistics and communication, Ms. Xueting LI graduated from the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and received a master’s degree with distinction in digital humanities at Kings College London, UK. Ms. Xueting Li is committed to the Global Open Science Cloud (GOSC) Initiative. She is the operation manager at the GOSC International Programme Office (GOSC IPO), performing the duties of science communication and capacity building within and outside of the GOSC community. As a young researcher at the Computer Network Information Center, Chinese Academy of Science, (CNIC, CAS), she has a keen interest in open science policy, research ethics, and integrity studies.

Xiaosong Li, Professor, CBAS
Xiaosong Li is a Professor of CBAS. His main research interests are Big Data for SDG 15, remote sensing and applications on dryland ecosystems, with ongoing research focused on land degradation monitoring and assessment, sparse vegetation information retrieval in desertified regions, benefits evaluation of ecological restoration project. He received the Ph.D. degree in forest remote sensing from Chinese Academy of Forestry. He was a Visiting Scholar at University of Maryland, USA, and has been with Institute of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth since 2008, where he has been a research professor since 2011. He was the member of UNEP-CBAS “Measuring progress” report expert group, UNCCD LDN-TSP Consultant.
Peng Gong, Vice President, University of Hong Kong
Professor Gong received his BS and MS degrees from Nanjing University and his PhD degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada in 1990. He started his academic career at York University and then the University of Calgary. In 1994, he joined the University of California, Berkeley where he rose through the academic ranks to full Professor in 2001. He became the founding Chair of the Department of Earth System Science in 2016 and Dean of the Faculty of Science in 2017 at Tsinghua University. Professor Gong’s major research interests include urbanization and health, mapping and monitoring of global environmental change, and modelling of environmentally related infectious diseases.
Hongsheng Zhang, Assistant Professor, University of Hong Kong
Dr. Hongsheng Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at The University of Hong Kong (HKU). He received his B.Eng. degree in computer science and technology and his M.Eng. degree in computer applications technology from South China Normal University in 2007 and 2010, respectively. He also received his Ph.D. degree in earth system and geoinformation science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013. His research is mainly focused on incorporating multiple remote sensing technologies to understand the urbanization process and its environmental and ecological impacts at various spatial and temporal scales.

Meng Wang, Office Director, International Centre on Space Technologies for Natural and Cultural Heritage (HIST)
Ms. Meng Wang is the Office Director of the International Centre on Space Technologies for Natural and Cultural Heritage (HIST) under the auspices of UNESCO, hosted by the Aerospace Information Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. With over a decade of experience in space technologies for sustainable development, Ms. Wang has been involved in several important initiatives in this field. Ms. Wang is a member of the author team for the annual reports on Big Earth Data in Support of Sustainable Development Goals. These reports have helped to enhance the scientific basis for understanding the dynamic trends of SDG indicators and have introduced innovative analytical tools for the accurate evaluation of SDG-related issues. Involvement in the reports has provided her with valuable expertise in the utilization of Big Earth Data to evaluate the SDGs.
Tiziana Bonapace, Economist, UN ESCAP
Tiziana Bonapace is an international trade economist with over 14 years of experience working on economic and developmental policy issues. She currently works at UN ESCAP, one of the five regional Commissions of the UN. For more than a decade, Ms. Bonapace has worked on trade policy issues, particularly on WTO-related issues as they apply to policy formulation for Asian developing countries. She has been involved in the preparation of studies, research and analytical papers and has conducted numerous training courses and seminars for senior government officials and business leaders.
Shengru Li, Research Fellow and Academic Associate, UNU-IAS
Prior to joining UNU-IAS, Dr. Li worked as a test solutions engineer at Micron Technology and researcher at Global Scientific Information and Computing Center, Tokyo Institute of Technology. He has over six years of working experience with development projects and data science combined. His experience in development covers educational development, ICT application for regional development, and comparative studies of 21st century skills in Asia and the Pacific. He also has industry experience in algorithm development and data-driven process evaluations.
Zihan Kan, Assistant Professor, Chinese University of Hong Kong
Zihan Kan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Geography and Resource Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). His research addresses the interactions between human activities and the environment by developing innovative geospatial analytical methods. He strives to address the issues of the impact of the environment on human health through the lens of movement flows, transportation related emissions and traffic congestion, and built environment.

He was a senior lecturer in Sustainable Mobilities at Nuertingen-Geislingen University in Germany.

Sandra Olga Ng, Senior Lecturer, University of Saint Joseph
Sandra Olga Ng, is a senior lecturer in the University of Saint Joseph (USJ), Macau, China. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Macau, she holds a master’s degree in Communication and Media (2019, USJ) and is currently a PhD candidate in Global Studies. Her works focus on 3D modelling, rendering and virtual reality while her recent research is about Virtual Reality. Sandra also has experiences in Public Relations, translations, digital illustration and social media communication since her Bachelor graduation in 2015.

Derrick Ho, population health scientist, University of Hong Kong
Dr. Derrick Ho is a population health scientist at The University of Hong Kong, with expertise in urban health and spatial/environmental epidemiology. He is serving as a Global Assessor for the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, an Associate Editor for Annals of Epidemiology, and an Associate Editor for International Health. His research focuses on social and environmental determinants of health, with particular interests in interactions between neighborhood deprivation, natural/built environment, healthy behaviors, and non-communicable diseases. Additionally, Derrick has extensive experience in spatiotemporal analysis and machine learning modeling with large-scale datasets and “new urban data” for population health assessment.

Joanne Chan, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Animoca Brands
Joanne oversees multiple finance functions at Animoca Brands, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, enterprise risk management and governance. She is also responsible for driving finance transformation efforts to upgrade financial systems and capabilities, and building strong partnerships across group companies. Joanne was previously the Senior Vice President of Finance at Gerson Lehrman Group where she led the company’s APAC and EMEA finance teams, and was part of both the global operating leadership and regional executive leadership teams. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and master’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Cara Antonaccio, Researcher, UNU Macau
Cara’s research is focused on health and development in conflict-affected communities using epidemiological and geospatial analysis methods to investigate the dynamics of complex humanitarian crises. In 2022, she earned a PhD from Boston College. Since joining the UNU Institute in Macau, Cara is increasingly motivated to conduct applied interdisciplinary research and to design data-driven tools to support health in humanitarian crises and communities affected by conflict.
Chokdee Rutirasiri, Associate Director and Head of UX, Broad Institute
Adjunct Professor, Boston College
Chokdee Rutirasiri is a Design Strategist and Educator. He is currently an Associate Director and Head of UX at Broad Institute and an Adjunct Professor of Design Thinking at Boston College. He has also been a featured speaker at national conferences such as the MIT CIO Symposium. In addition, Chokdee Rutirasiri is also the Vice President of Experience Strategy & Research at Mad*Pow. As a designer, technologist, and educator with over 25 years of experience, Chokdee utilizes a human-centered approach, design thinking framework, and digital technologies to transform companies. His career encompasses social justice, equity, and inclusion at its core – designing systems and solutions led with empathy that are holistic.
Paul Pun Chi Meng, Secretary-General, Caritas Macau
Mr. Paul Pun Chi Meng, is the Secretary General of Caritas Macau. He has been the principal of St. John de Brito School till 2021 and was also one of its founders. He has been working in the social service field for more than 30 years. Paul graduated from the Department of Social Work, University of Guam, and received his Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University. He has made many proactive contributions, advocacy and recommendations on a number of social policies in Macau. In 2009, he received the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace medal from Vatican Pontifical Commission for Justice and Peace. Since the beginning of the 1980s, Paul has established a variety of social services through Caritas Macau, including services related to family, elderly, youth, rehabilitation, stress counseling, education, homeless, the poor, and foreign workers. He has also served as a Director of the Hong Kong-based Asia Partnership for Human Development (APHD).
José Alves, Dean of Faculty of Business, City University of Macau
José Alves is the Dean of Faculty of Business at City University of Macau. His current research areas include Cross-border Entrepreneurship, Institutions and Sustainability in the Great Bay Area. He worked for USJ for nearly 15 years in various positions, including that of Dean of the School of Business and Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Leadership. He has a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management, a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.

Serge Stinckwich, Head of Research, UNU Macau
Serge is a computer scientist and the Head of Research at the United Nations University Institute in Macau. Over the years, Serge Stinckwich developed an innovative research program about modelling and simulation of complex systems at the intersection of several scientific disciplines applied to developing countries’ issues. His research interests are domain-specific languages and tools that ease the tasks of non-computer experts to model, simulate and analyse complex systems. He has applied his work to Epidemiology, Environmental Monitoring and Disaster Management.
Patrick Pang, Assistant Professor, Macao Polytechnic University
Dr Patrick Pang is currently a Lecturer (equivalent to an Assistant Professor) and a supervisor for PhD students in the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Macao Polytechnic University (MPU). He received his PhD from the University of Melbourne and held appointments at the University of Melbourne and Victoria University afterwards. He was the recipient of the Early Career Researcher Award of the University of Melbourne and the Funding Scheme for Postdoctoral Researchers from the Macao Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT). He also has many years of industry experience in the public IT sector, with rich experience designing and building information systems.
Peiling Yap, Chief Scientist, International Digital Health & AI Research Collaborative
Peiling Yap is Chief Scientist for the International Digital Health & AI Research Collaborative (I-DAIR) project at the Global Health Centre. She is a Swiss epidemiologist, born and raised in Malaysia and Singapore. Peiling Yap has research experience in neglected tropical diseases, infectious diseases and public health in China and other parts of Asia. Her recent research focused on using mixed methodology in implementing and evaluating both analog and digital public health interventions.
Jolly WONG, Visiting Professor, Macau University of Science and Technology
Dr Jolly Wong is a technology consultant, strategic adviser to boards on innovation and technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation and smart data analytics. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of the Hong Kong Police Force and an independent consultant for the Airport Authority Hong Kong, now advising Hongkong Electric and ATAL Engineering Group on strategic technology business. He is a Policy Fellow for the Center of Science and Policy at University of Cambridge and a Visiting Professor for the Macau University of Science and Technology and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Kin-Sun CHAN, Assistant Professor，University of Macau
Kin-Sun CHAN, graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree and a Ph.D. After graduating from the doctor study, he is working in the Department of Government and Administration of the University of Macau as an assistant professor and programme coordinator of Master of Social Sciences in Public Administration. He is currently Chairman of the Macao Social Security Association and (Macau) Smoking Abstention and Good Health Association, Research Fellow of Hong Kong Jockey Club Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention of the University of Hong Kong, and research fellow of the Sau Po Centre on Ageing of the University of Hong Kong. He has hosted and participated in more than 30 research projects of the government, universities or associations, and has published more than 40 articles in foreign academic journals and publications, as well as in domestic academic journals and publications More than 50 articles, and successfully organized about 10 academic conferences in Macau.
Mamello Thinyane, Associate Professor, University of South Australia
Mamello Thinyane is the Optus Chair of Cybersecurity and Data Science and an Associate Professor in the STEM unit at the University of South Australia. He previously served as the Senior Research Advisor and Principal Research Fellow at the United Nations University institute in Macau, a Director of the Telkom Centre of Excellence in ICT for Development and an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Fort Hare in South Africa, and a Visiting Researcher at the Australian Centre for Cyber Security at the University of New South Wales – Australian Defence Force Academy.

Jenny Phillips, Dean of the School of Business and Law, University of Saint Joseph
Jenny Oliveros Lao Phillips is an Associate Professor of Human and Social Sciences at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ). She has been the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law since 2018. Prof. Phillips is also a Cantonese-English interpreter, a translator, a writer and a poet. She wrote the column “Made in Macao” in the Macau Daily Times on the culture and tradition of Macao. Her research interests and publications include organisational behaviour, innovation and entrepreneurship, social enterprises, family businesses, government studies, Macao’s tourism industry, and theatre studies.

Denis Zuev is a faculty member at USJ Macao. Yang Yu, Assistant Professor, Tsinghua University
Yang Yu is an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Sciences at Tsinghua University. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and an M.A. in Economics from Stanford University, as well as an M.S. in Environmental Science and a B.S. in Mathematics from Nanjing University. Min Yang, Researcher, UNU Macau
Min is passionate about building a sustainable and peaceful future for all through knowledge generating and sharing. Min undertook a series of programmes at global and regional levels for empowering young women and men, enhancing social inclusion centered on gender, as well as promoting peace education and peacebuilding. In addition, she also worked on specific areas of ethical reflection and capacity building, including AI ethics and climate change ethics. Min has experience of working in different media organizations as a journalist and editor. She was awarded the Global Governance Futures 2030 fellowship over the course of 2018 and 2019, and the German-China media ambassador in 2015.
Joyee S. Chatterjee, Assistant Professor, Asian Institute of Technology
Joyee S. Chatterjee is an Assistant Professor at the Asian Institute of Technology. Her research interests include media, popular culture, health communication and social change, especially in the context of South Asia. Her recent research publications look at the intersections of development communication campaigns, popular culture and its impact on gender norms in South Asia.
JeongHyun Lee, Research Professor, Chung-Ang University
JeongHyun Lee is a Research Professor at Chung-Ang University, South Korea. She also supports the United Nations’ research on the AI standards gender equality as an ICTD Fellow at the United Nations University Institute in Macau. She holds Ph.D in Communication, Rhetoric and Digital Media from North Carolina State University, USA with her expertise in critical/cultural media studies. Her research seeks to critically examine political/ethical/cultural issues around AI technologies operated in emerging media, such as face-recognition, biometrics, and natural language processing. She currently investiages cultural application of AI and its algorithmic rules across Asian countries, focusing on how its algorithmic operations are reinforcing or transforming the inequality in the context of globalization.

CHOI In Mei, Joyce, the Council Director of Women’s General Association of Macao (WGAM), currently working as the visiting lecturer in both local college and university, and her teaching focuses on the criteria of Human Resource Management. Derek F. Wong, Associate Professor, University of Macau
Derek F. Wong is an Associate Professor and Interim Associate Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology at the University of Macau. He is also the head of the Natural Language Processing & Portuguese-Chinese Machine Translation Laboratory. His research interests include neural machine translation and natural language processing. Dr. Wong has led 18 funded research projects, including research grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the joint research projects of NSFC-FDCT and MOST-FDCT.

Dr. Jiantao Zhou is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau. Kai Miao, Assistant Professor, University of Macau
Dr. Miao obtained his Ph.D. degree in Embryo Biology, China Agricultural University, Beijing, China 2013. He started his postdoctoral training in UM since 2014. In 2017, he was promoted as a Research Assistant Professor. From 2022, he was promoted as Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Macau. His research focuses on genome-wide screening and identification of genetic drivers in cancer progression and metastasis. He also working on gene therapy mediated by CRISPR technology.
Yunlu Dai, Associate Professor, University of Macau
Yunlu Dai is an associate professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Macau. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2014 from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After his postdoctoral research at the University of Melbourne and National Institutes of Health (NIH), He initiated an independent research program at University of Macau as an assistant professor in 2018. He was promoted to associate professor in 2022. His research team mainly focuses on multifunctional hybrid nanomaterials for biomedical applications.
Franz Gatzweiler, Senior Research Advisor, UNU Macau
Before joining UNU-Macau, Franz was a Professor at the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Science in Xiamen and executive director of the global science programme on Urban Health and Wellbeing. Franz studied agricultural, resource and institutional economics at the University of Bonn and holds a PhD and habilitation in resource economics from the Humboldt University of Berlin. He is a free-ranging intellectual who grazes on the inter- and transdisciplinary knowledge fields of complex social-ecological-technological systems and is enthusiastic about participatory modelling and systems thinking.
